How to bring luxury shopping experience…

Farfetch is the biggest global marketplace in the luxury fashion industry. As a 1.4 billion business with 1.4 million active consumers, it is still growing. However, growth brought some problems. It takes me over 5 seconds to find Gucci in the brand list, and there are over 3000 products to browse. If I were to buy a $3,000 jacket, I would expect a better experience than that.

That brings us to the question:

Is Farfetch just a place to make purchases, or we can do better than that?

So we have ZONE F.

ZONE F is a new defined marketplace for fashion lovers to share and be inspired. We allow people to build their own online boutiques by creating their own collections and selecting products from Farfetch. On the shoppers’ side, because we encourage boutique owners to be as creative and unique as possible, we are delivering a brand new online shopping experience and the categorization of goods will have unlimited potentials

At the end, the platform connects everything into a community with a full cycle where people get inspired, make purchases, and share to inspire others.
